How do I join our Loyalty Point Program (LP) ?
- When you register as new user, you will get automatically 50 free LP which, you can redeem on your next purchase.
- To join our LP program, you must be registered on E-gamesStore mobile Application or through E-gamesStore website: www.e-gamesstore.com.
- Your LP may not be transferred or used by anyone other than its subscriber.
How do I use my Loyalty Points ?
- Earn LP while shopping at E-gamesStore mobile Application& online at www.e-gamesstore.com
- Redeem your LP for gifts with the value of the points,
- Use LP to pay all or some purchase subject to available points,
- Receive special offers/exclusive discounts and enjoy online rewards,
- LP must have a minimum 100 points before they can redeem,
- Redeem your points instantly online by choosing“Redeem Points” in your basket,
- LP cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given,
- When the LP are not used during a continuous period of 12 months, E-gamesStore reserve the right to disable the loyalty account and the subscriber will lose all the acquired points, it is advised to use your LP within 12 month,
Will I lose my LP when I return an item ?
- Most items that are new and unopened can be returned within 15 days.
- Once the item is returned and is accepted as a return, the LP received for that item will disappear immediately from your account,
I just completed a purchase, but my points haven't been credited, Why?
- It can take 24 hours after payment for your LP balance to update accordingly,

How do I check my LP balance ?
- Log-in to the application, under “my account”, your LP balance appears right below your order history,
How do I know if I am eligible to spend my LP ?
- You should have at least 100 points to redeem against a purchase.
When can I start using my LP ?
- To redeem the LP, you should place at least 1 order using our application or website,
What happens when I spent my LP and return an order?
- Equivalent LP will be deducted automatically from your LP balance,
- If the LP account does not have sufficient number of points to deduct from the account, the missing points number multiplied by the point value in KWD (0.010 KWD) will be deducted from the item refund.
- Return policy only applies to products that are listed and were purchased on the E-gamesStore mobile application or our website,
- To be returned items must be unopened and with original receipt,
- Items can be returned within 15 days.
- E-gamesStore will rejected the return of:
- Any item not purchased from our platform,
- Any item with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label,
- Any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product,
- Any item that exhibits physical damage would not be considered a return,
- Any item which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way,
- Any item that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
Delivery Service Options
Will I be charged for delivery?
For physical delivery of the products, a 2 kd delivery charge is applicable in all areas of Kuwait.
- Online Cards Codes can be received electronically or physically. A 2 kd charge is added for the physical delivery, however, the electronic delivery is free of charge.
- The delivery of Online Cards Codes electronically is done instantly, however delays could occur due to out of our control issues, such as network or internet providers’ problems.
How do I cancel my order?
- Please contact our customer care number: +965 94906684 by whatsapp with your query, If you're unable to cancel the purchase online, you'll have to contact our customer service. When you're in contact with the customer service, provide them with your order number and tell them you want to cancel the order. They may be able to cancel it immediately.
- Product availability & delivery is purely subject to stock availability,

- Keep in mind that an item placed in your basket might be unavailable if the purchasing is not proceeded at the same time,
- Keeping an article in your basket does not guarantee availability.
Do you have a cash on delivery ?
- At this stage, we do not have cash on delivery service.
- Payments can be proceeded by knet, credit card and link sent to your registered number.
